ABOUT THIS VIDEO
Three men disguised as police officers kidnap a man from his apartment parking garage in Fort Lauderdale over $500,000. The victim is forced into a white Dodge Charger with tinted windows and a police-style light bar, his head covered, and driven to an Airbnb in Plantation, Florida. What happens next inside that rental property is something no one should ever have to survive. In this video, we break down the body camera footage, interrogation tapes, and surveillance video from one of the most disturbing kidnapping cases in South Florida. On October 13, 2023, Jeffry Arista, 32, his brother Jonathan Arista, 29, and Raymond Gomez kidnapped a man at gunpoint — only to realize they grabbed the wrong person. Instead of letting him go, they held him hostage at the Airbnb for hours. When the kidnappers discovered their real target was at a business in Pompano Beach, they brought the victim with them and ordered him to go inside and lure the man out. Instead, the victim called 911. Police arrived and arrested all three suspects on scene. Jeffry Arista, Jonathan Arista, and Raymond Gomez were each charged with kidnapping with bodily harm and false imprisonment along with additional charges related to weapons, assault, and conspiracy. If convicted, each defendant faces a maximum sentence of life in prison. This is the complete breakdown of the Arista brothers kidnapping case. ✍️ If you're interested in learning how YouTube bodycam crime scripts are actually written, I put together a practical guide covering structure, pacing, approval standards, and viewer retention. 👉 Access the guide here:
