ABOUT THIS VIDEO
On October 14, 2024, a woman jogging on a walking trail near Reeds Lake in East Grand Rapids, Michigan encountered a man exposing himself through his unzipped pants. She borrowed a phone and called 911. When officers arrived and made contact with the suspect, he gave them a fake name: "Dennis Evan Williams." Every database search came back empty. Then the victim drove by and made a positive ID. During a pat-down, officers discovered a loaded Springfield Armory Hellcat 9mm in his waistband—round chambered—and a switchblade in his pocket. That's when the suspect asked for a pen and paper. What he wrote changed everything: "KCSD." Troy Allen White was a 10-year veteran Kent County Sheriff's Deputy. A consent search of his truck revealed three additional department-issued firearms, his badge, ammunition, and something no one expected to find. White resigned from the Sheriff's Office one week later—before the internal investigation concluded. He faces misdemeanor charges of Indecent Exposure and False Information to a Police Officer. His case remains pending.
