* (Disclaimer: The content in this video is intended for educational and informational purposes only) Dallas, Texas — On May 30, 2026, at approximately 5:35 p.m., Dallas Police officers Ibrahim Kante and Kenneth Harper conducted a traffic stop for a registration violation in the 2300 block of south Marsalis Avenue.
